Twistedsoul Had this digitally for a few years, but had to get the vinyl. It's all great but Marc Rapson's remix is heavenly. Favorite track: When On Earth (Marc Rapson Remix).

Andrew Dubber I've long been a big fan of that point of intersection between jazz and laid back EDM. When done badly, it's cheesy chillout compilation fodder. When done well, it's sublime. This is done very well. Favorite track: Naima.

about

"After the hugely successful release of the debut album "Space", Futuristica Music present the new EP from Emanative on limited edition vinyl. Side A kicks off with the incredible interpretation of "When On Earth" by Tony Nwachukwu (Attica Blues/CDR) on a deep mid-tempo electronica tip. Tony's remixes are rare but when he feels it - he feels it hard!! Marc Rapson also contributes with a beautiful version that will take your breathe away - like classic Roy Ayers jamming with George Duke, rare groove style.

On Side B we have Emanative producing a stunning version of the classic jazz track "Naima" in true "Space" style with lush arrangements and superb muscianship. "We Travel The Spacebeats" (one of the stand out tracks from the album) rounds things off nicely, reminding us of how amazing and diverse the Emanative project really is. Remixes from the forthcoming album "Time" (A collection of remixes and unreleased tracks) FMCD009."
